摘 要:针对双针床单贾卡织物更换品种时送经量设置困难的问题,在经编机上使用166.67 dtex涤纶全牵伸丝以及33.33 dtex涤纶单丝等进行织造,测试了常用鞋材上机密度为15横列/cm时3种不同类型的网眼大小与送经量的关系,并用回归分析等方法对试验数据进行对比和分析,得出了3种不同网眼组织送经量的变化趋势和区别。结果表明:网眼大小是影响送经量的高度显著性因素;且对3种不同类型的网眼组织影响程度不同,网眼每增加2个线圈,送经量减少12~23 mm/腊克。Aiming at the problem of difficulty in setting the let-off value when the technology of doublebed single-jacquard fabrics is changed,the experiments were completed with 166. 67 dtex and 33.33 dtex polyester on warp knitted machine, and the relationship between the number of three different meshes and the let-off was tested when the density was 15 course/cm. The change tendency and differences of the let- off of three different mesh were got by comparing and analyzing the experimental data through the methods of regression analysis and so on. The results show that the number of the mesh is the significant factor of the let-off and has different degrees of influence on the three different types of meshes. The number of the mesh increases by 2 coils, and the let-off reduces by 12 - 23 mm/rack.
