摘　　要：1963年1月,印尼因反对英国主导下的"大马来西亚计划"而提出对抗政策。中国支持印尼进行对抗,并力主将印支问题与对抗问题联系起来,以此促进东南亚民族民主运动。在此期间,中国驻印尼大使馆对印尼的对抗政策进行了全面、及时和合理的评估,为中国处理相关问题提供了重要依据。而印尼总统苏加诺认为印尼建国后其革命道路仍未结束,将"大马来西亚计划"作为东南亚地区的新殖民主义加以反对,同时由于印尼面临内部政治和经济困境以及外部美英等国的压力,在对抗问题上表现出一定的摇摆性。但随着1964年底马来西亚成为联合国安理会非常任理事国,印尼宣布退出联合国并与中国签订了联合声明,强化了中国和印尼的关系,这对中国争取亚洲民族主义国家的支持、推进第二次亚非会议的召开等有重要意义。Indonesia proposed a policy to confront against the British-led "Big Malaysia Plan" in January 1963. China supported Indonesia's confrontation and strongly advocated the link between the Indochina issue and the confrontation issue to advance the climax of National Democratic movement in Southeast Asia. During this period, Chinese Embassy in Indonesia conducted a comprehensive, timely and reasonable assessment to Indonesian confrontation policy which provided an important basis for China to deal with related issues. Indonesian President Sukarno thought that Indonesia's revolutionary path had not yet ended after the founding of the country and opposed to regard the "Big Malaysia Plan" as a new colonialism in Southeast Asia, but at the same time he had shown some sway on the issue of confrontation because Indonesia faced internal political and economic difficulties and the pressures from the US and the UK. Then Malaysia became a non-permanent member of the UN Security Council at the end of 1964, Indonesia announced its withdrawal from the UN and signed a joint statement with China to strengthen relations between China and Indonesia, all which were of great significance to China's support from Asian nationalist countries and the convening of the Second Asian-African Conference.
