摘 要:对混合动力汽车制动器故障的检测,能够有效提高汽车行驶安全性。对汽车左轮制动器故障的检测,需要采用离散小波方法消除噪声,还原汽车左轮制动器声信号,完成对汽车左轮故障的检测。传统方法确定汽车制动器各截取信号段的长度,将多个截取信号段进行线性叠加,但忽略了左轮制动器声信号的还原,导致检测精度偏低。提出用信号特征分析制动器故障的故障检测方法。通过局域均值分解方法对混合动力汽车左轮制动器故障信号进行特征提取,确定制动器故障噪声源,采用离散小波方法消除噪声,还原汽车左轮制动器声信号。采用SDP图形技术将制动器声信号转换为极坐标图形,判断汽车左轮制动器是否产生故障。实验结果表明,该方法能及时将制动器信号转换为极坐标下的对称图像,凸显出的信号特征便于检测,针对不同类型的制动器故障信号滤波、检测效果较好。ABSTRACT:A fault detection method is put forward based on the analysis of brake fault through signal characteris- tics. The characteristics of brake fault signal of left-wheel hybrid electric vehicle are extracted through the local mean decomposition, and the noise source of brake fault is determined. Then, the discrete wavelet method is used to elimi- nate the noise and restore acoustic signal of left-wheel brake. Finally, SDP graphics technology is used to transform the brake acoustic signal to polar coordinate graph, so as to estimate the brake faults of the left wheel. Simulation re- sults show that the proposed method can transform brake signal into the symmetric image in polar coordinates timely, highlight the signal characteristic for convenience of detection. It has good filtering and detection effect for different types of brake failure signals.
