摘  要:试验模拟糖蜜酒精废液中的主要成分焦糖色素、美拉德色素、酚类色素及实际配比,研究反应温度、硫酸浓度、色素总浓度等对软锰矿浸出速率的影响及浸出动力学模型。结果表明,不同比例色素组成条件下,浸出反应为固体产物层扩散控制,锰浸出率随反应温度升高、硫酸浓度及色素质量浓度增大而提高。研究结果可为采用实际糖蜜酒精废液浸出软锰矿提供参考依据。Molasses alcohol wastewater is a kind of high concentration, dark and high acidity organic wastewater discharged from the alcohol production process using water molasses as raw material. In this paper, the molasses alcohol wastewater with caramel, melanoidins and phenolic pigment was choose to leach pyrolusite. The effects of temperature, sulfuric acid concentration and total concentration of pigment on leaching of manganese were examined, and the model of leaching kinetics was obtained. IT is found that at the conditions of different percentage of pigment, the leaching reactions are controlled by diffusion through the ash/inert. The leaching rate of manganese increases with increasing of temperature, sulfuric acid concentration and total pigment concentration. The conclusion could be used to provide theoretical guidance about leaching of pyrolusite in actual molasses alcohol wastewater system.
