下进料型混合澄清器在铀溶剂萃取中的应用

摘　　要：设计了有机相下进料型混合澄清器并应用于铀的溶剂萃取过程中。试验结果表明:与传统的有机相上进料型混合澄清器相比,在同等转速、相比、边长比及混合室加装挡板和顶板情况下,下进料型混合澄清器结构简单,用于从P204/TBP/TRPO-H2O体系中萃取铀,铀萃取率更高,澄清效果更好。In this paper, the DOWN-feeding type mixer-settler is designed and applicated m sovent extraction of uranium. The results show that comparied with the traditional UP-feeding type mixer settler,under the conditions of same stirring speed, phase ratio, ratio of side length and mixing chamber with baffle and roof, the DOWN-feeding type mixer-settler has simpler structures, higher extraction rate of uranium and better clarification effect using to extracte uranium in P204/TBP/ TRPO/water system.
