摘  要:作为优良的耐火材料的镁铬质耐火材料在炼铜工业中广泛应用的同时,因为不同机理导致的破坏而普遍具有较低的使用寿命。炼铜用镁铬质耐火材料的破坏机理分为一般破坏机理和特殊破坏机理:对于一般破坏机理来说,其遵循了高温窑炉用镁铬砖的破坏演变机理;对于特殊破坏机理来说,重点在于炼铜工业中产生的不同种类炉渣的侵蚀。The service life of magnesia chrome refractory applied in copper convertor was usually very disappointed because of corrosion caused by different mechanisms. These mechanisms could be classified as the common corrosion mechanism and the special corrosion mechanism. Comparatively speaking, the common corrosion mechanism was as same as the corrosion mechanism happened in tall-furnace under high temperature while the special corrosion mechanism was mainly caused by various furnace slags which has been made during the smelting process of copper.
