摘　　要：目的:采用HPLC法测定心宝丸中桂皮醛含量,并对该检测方法进行验证。方法:采用C18色谱柱(Phenomenex Gemini,4.6×250 mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液(25∶75)为流动相,流速1.0 m L/min,测定波长为280 nm,柱温为室温。结果:桂皮醛对照品在浓度为2.5~15.1ug/m L范围内呈良好线性关系(R2=0.9998),平均回收率(n=6)为100.2%,RSD=0.4%。结论:该检验方法科学合理,准确可靠,重复性好,适用于心宝丸中桂皮醛含量测定的检验要求。Objective：To determine the content of Xinbao Pill cinnamic aldehyde in cinnamon oil by HPLC and verify the method. Methods： Using C18 chromatographic column （Phenomenex Gemini, 4.6×250 mm, 5 microns）, 0.1% acetonitrile-phosphate solution （25 ： 75） as mobile phase, with the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min and the wavelength of 280 nm, column temperature is at room temperature. Results： Cinnamic aldehyde reference substance has a good linear relationship （R2=0.9998） at the range of 2.5-15.1 ug/mL. The average recovery rate （n=6） was 100.2 % and RSD=0.4 %. Conclusion： The test method is scientific and reasonable,accurate and reliable, good repeatability. It is applicable to the test requirements of cinnamaldehyde content in Xinbao Pill.
