摘　　要：本文以PVC-U型材为测试材料,采用GB/T 13525-1992《塑料拉伸冲击性能试验方法》规定的方法,测试其拉伸冲击强度,并对测试过程中的不确定度分量进行分析。PVC-U型材样品测试结果为E=(418.26±11.51)k J/m2,k=2,P=95%。测量重复性是测量结果不确定度的主要来源。in this paper, take the PVC-U profiles as the test material, acorrding to the GB/T 13525-1992： the test method of plastic tensile impact property,we test the tensile impact strength and analyze the uncertainty components of the test process. The test result of PVC-U profile samples was E=（418.26q-11.51） kJ/m2, k=2, P=95 %. The result showed the repeatability of measurement is the main source of uncertainty measurement process.
