摘 要:采用蓄热调温纤维与绢丝混纺设计开发了两组混纺纱并对混纺纱的强伸性能、毛羽指数、条干均匀度以及热性能进行了测试与分析。结果表明:第一组纱线随着蓄热调温纤维含量的增大,纱线的强伸性能变差,毛羽和条干变好;第二组纱线强伸性能随着蓄热调温纤维含量的增大,纱线的强伸性能变化范围不大,毛羽和条干逐渐变好。调温性能随着蓄热调温纤维含量的增加而增强,当蓄热调温纤维含量小于或等于30%时,调温效果不明显,因此混纺纱中蓄热调温纤维含量应大于30%。Two groups of blended yarn were developed by adopting thermo-regulated fiber with the silk. Thetensile property, hairiness index, yarn evenness and thermal property of the blended yarn were tested and ana-lyzed. The results showed that the tensile property of the yarn of the first group became worse while the hairinessand evenness got better with the increase of content of thermo-regulated fiber; the tensile property of the yarn ofthe second groupchangedlittle while the evenness and hairiness became better with the increase of the content ofthermo-regulated fiber. The thermal-adjusting performance fostered with the increase of the content of thermo-reg-ulated fiber. When the content of the fiber was below 30%, the effect of temperature adjustment was not obvious.Therefore, the content of the thermo-regulated fiber of the yarn should exceed 30%.
