摘  要:探讨混纺比对大麻/棉/康纶混纺纱强力的影响。将三种纤维原料按照不同的配比制备出9种混纺纱样品,对样纱进行强力测试并选取纱线强度和混纺比作为指标建立数学模型。结果表明:单从混纺纱断裂强力角度考虑,大麻/棉/康纶比例为12/30/58或12/41/47时,强力较大;若从纱线的舒适性角度考虑,比例为12/41/47时最佳。The effect of blending ratio on the strength of hemp/cotton/CLEANCOOL blended yarn was dis-cussed. The nine kinds of blended yarn samples were prepared according to different ratios of the three kinds of fi-ber raw materials. The strength of the sample yarns were tested, and the yarn strength and blending ratio were se-lected as the indicators to establish the mathematical model. The results showed that when the ratio of hemp/cot-ton/CLEANCOOL was 12/30/58 or 12/41/47, the strength was greater when considering the breaking strength ofblended yarn; When considering the yarn comfort property, the best proportion was 12/41/47.
