摘 要:采用不同浓度的Na OH溶液对涤纶通丝进行处理,并在同一条件下涂层,观察并测试了通丝的表观形貌、上浆率、强伸性及耐磨性。研究表明:用碱处理后,通丝表面变粗糙,提高了浆料的粘附性。上浆率随碱液浓度升高呈上升趋势,当碱液浓度从0g/L升高到10g/L时,上浆率由3.06%增加到4.24%,提升了38.56%。虽然通丝的断裂强力随碱液浓度升高略呈下降趋势,但是当碱液浓度从0g/L升高到10g/L时,断裂强力均维持在230N以上。通丝的耐磨性随碱液浓度升高呈上升趋势,当碱液浓度从0g/L升高到10g/L时,耐磨次数由3.46万次增加到4.25万次,提升了22.81%。After treatment with different concentrations alkali solutions, the polyester harness cords were coa- ted under the same condition. The properties of the cords such as surface morphology, sizing percentage, breaking force and abrasion resistance were observed and tested. It was found that after treatment, surfaces of har- ness cords were roughened and the adhesion of size was improved. Sizing percentage increased with the increase of concentration of alkali solution, and when concentration increased from 0g/L to 10g/L, the sizing percentage in- creased from 3.06% to 4. 24%, improving 38.56%. Breaking force decreased a little with the increase of concen- tration of alkali solution, and when concentration increased from 0g/L to 10g/L, the breaking force maintained a- bove 230N. Abrasion resistance increased with the increase of concentration of alkali solution, and when concen- tration increased from 0g/L to 10g/L, the abrasion resistance increased from 34,600 to 42,500, with a 22.81% improvement.
