妊娠期高血压并发脑血管病的临床特点分析

摘　　要：目的分析妊娠期高血压并发脑血管病患者的临床症状和妊娠结局。方法选取我院2011年1月至2016年1月收治的50例妊娠期高血压患者,根据头颅磁共振成像检查结果进行脑血管病确诊,并分为观察组和对照组。分析两组患者的临床症状、血压及妊娠并发症。结果观察组抽搐发作、反应迟钝、淡漠寡言、视力改变、肢体感觉及活动功能障碍发生率均明显高于对照组,且早产、胎儿窘迫、胎盘早剥和产后出血发生率均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期高血压并发脑血管病对母婴的危害较大,但患者的临床症状和表现不明显,因此出现不明原因的神经系统症状时应及时进行必要的影像学检查,以便及早诊断和治疗。Objective To analyze the clinical symptoms and pregnancy outcomes of patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension complicated with cerebrovascular disease. Methods 50 cases of patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension admitted to our hospital from January 2011 to January 2016 were selected and divided into observation group and control group. The cerebrovascular disease was diagnosed according to the results of cranial magnetic resonance imaging. The clinical symptoms, blood pressure and pregnancy complications of the two groups were analyzed. Results The incidences of convulsion, unresponsiveness, cold silence, visual changes, and limb sensory and motor dysfunction of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group （P 〈0.05）. The incidences of premature delivery, fetal distress, placental abruption and postpartum hemorrhage of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Pregnancy-induced hypertension complicated with cerebrovascular disease is very harmful to the mothers and babies. But the clinical symptoms and manifestations of patients are not obvious. Therefore, the necessary imaging examination should be carried out in time for early diagnosis and treatment when the unknown neurological symptoms appear.
