自拟益气活血方联合封闭负压引流术治疗骨创伤感染的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察自拟益气活血方联合封闭负压引流术(VSD)治疗骨创伤感染的临床疗效。方法选取我院2015年2月至2017年2月收治的60例骨创伤感染患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各30例。对照组采用常规抗感染治疗,观察组采用自拟益气活血方联合VSD治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、术后临床指标及治疗前后的WBC和hs-CRP水平。结果观察组的总有效率为96.67%,明显高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05)。观察组的住院时间、疼痛评分、换药次数和创面愈合时间均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的WBC和hs-CRP水平均降低,观察组的WBC和hs-CRP水平均显著低于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论自拟益气活血方联合VSD治疗骨创伤感染的临床疗效显著,能够减轻感染症状,促进创面愈合,值得临床应用。Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of self-made Yiqihuoxue decoction combined with vacuum sealing drainage （VSD） in treatment of orthopedics trauma infection. Methods 60 cases of patients with orthopedics trauma infection admitted to our hospital from February 2015 to February 2017 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received conventional anti-infection therapy, while the observation group received self-made Yiqihuoxue decoction combined with VSD. The clinical curative effect, postoperative clinical indicators and levels of WBC and hs-CRP before and after treatment were compared between two groups. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 96.67%, significantly higher than 80.00% of control group （-P〈0.05）. The hospitalization time, pain score, dressing frequency and wound healing time of observation group were significantly better than those of control group （P 〈0.05）. After treatment, the WBC and hs-CRP levels of two groups significantly decreased, and the WBC and hs-CRP levels of observation group were significantly lower than those of contol group （all P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Self-made Yiqihuoxue decoction combined with VSD has significant clinical curative effect in the treatment of orthopedics trauma infection, can reduce the infection symptoms and promote the wound healing, which is worthy of clinical application.
