聚桂醇泡沫硬化术与大隐静脉高位结扎治疗下肢静脉曲张的效果及安全性比较

摘　　要：目的:分析聚桂醇泡沫硬化术与大隐静脉高位结扎治疗下肢静脉曲张的效果及安全性。方法:选择笔者所在医院2015年5月12日-2016年3月18日收治的86例下肢静脉曲张患者作为本次的研究对象,采取信封随机分组方案,常规组与试验组各43例。其中对试验组患者采取聚桂醇泡沫硬化术治疗,对常规组患者采取大隐静脉高位结扎治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果:试验组患者的手术时间、住院时间、出血量、住院费用均明显优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组与常规组的治疗优良率分别为93.02%与90.70%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后常规组并发症发生率为9.30%,试验组无并发症,两组并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:对下肢静脉曲张患者采取聚桂醇泡沫硬化术进行治疗,效果安全可靠,操作较为简便,可明显改善患者的临床症状,值得实践推广。Objective： To analyze the curative effect and safety of the varicose veins in the lower extremity of the lower extremities.Method： From May 12, 2015 to March 18, 2016, 86 patients with varicose veins of lower limb in our hospital were selected as the research object, they were divided into the normal group and the experimental group by the envelope random grouping scheme, 43 cases in each group.The experimental group of patients for the treatment of poly foam cinnamyl alcohol sclerosis, in the conventional group patients took great saphenous vein high ligation treatment, the therapeutic effect of two groups of patients was compared.Result： The surgical time, hospital stay, the amount of blood and hospitalization were significantly better than those in the normal group（P〈0.05）.The optimal rate of treatment for the treatment group and the normal group was 93.02% and 90.70%（P〉0.05）.Postoperative complication rate was 9.30% in the control group, the experimental group had no complications, and the incidence of complication rate had no signifieant（P〉0.05）.Conclusion： The effect of gather einnamyl alcohol foam hardening treatment in patients with lower extremity varicose veins is safe and reliable operation, simple operation, and can obviously improve the patient＇s elinical symptoms, and is worth popularizing practice.
