摘  要:采用拉伸实验、冲击实验、金相腐蚀实验、硬度测试等实验研究了在回火空冷条件下,锻造方式对30CrNi2MoV钢的组织与性能的影响.结果表明,经过2次镦拔锻造工艺,再经过1次镦粗或1次镦粗+1次拔长后,30CrNi2MoV钢的拉伸强度分别从1173.007 MPa提升到1215.5和1260.3 MPa;冲击韧性显著提高,分别从26.67 J提高到87.67和56 J;其硬度一定程度上有所增强,从393 HB分别增加到405.13和377.9 HB.锻件的强度提高来源于材料内部晶粒的细化和均匀性,并且研究发现,后续的锻造工艺对材料的强化效果要明显高于只经过2次镦拔锻造工艺的效果.The influences of forging method on the microstructures and properties of steel 30CrNi2MoV under the conditions of tempering and air cooling were studied by tensile tes,impact test,metallographic corrosion test and hardness test. The results show that the tensile strength of steel 30CrNi2MoV is increased from 1173.007 MPa to 1215.5 MPa and 1260.3 MPa respectively by the forging process of two-time upsetting and stretching and then the forging process of one-time upsetting or one-time upsetting and one-time stretching,the impact toughness is significantly improved from 26.67 J to 87.67 J and 56 J respectively, and the hardness is strengthened to a certain extent which is increased from 393 HB to 405.13 HB and 377.9 HB respectively. The strength of forging comes from refinement and uniformity of grain inside the material,and the strengthening effect of latter forging processes is obviously higher than that of the forging process of two-time upsetting and stretching.
