摘  要:以关键路线法(Critical Path Method,CPM)网络计划图示模型为目标,将双代号搭接网路计划中的搭接关系转化为持续时间不为0的虚工序,即通过增加带持续时间的虚箭线(搭接虚工序)代替搭接关系,把双代号搭接网络转化为VCPM(Virtual Critical Path Method,VCPM)网络.首先将双代号搭接网络中的所有搭接关系转化为结束到开始(Finish-To-Start,FTS)关系;然后在具有搭接关系的实工序之间增加搭接虚工序代替搭接关系构建VCPM网络计划,使其拥有CPM图示模型的直观性;最后其时间参数的计算规则和关键线路的确定以CPM为基础进行改进.Taking the critical path method (CPM) network plan graphical model as the goal,and the spliced connection in the activity-on-arrow spliced network planning and scheduling is converted to the dummy activity of which the duration is not zero,namely, the activity-on-arrow spliced net- work is converted to a virtual critical path method (VCPM) network by increasing the dummy ar- row (spliced dummy activity) with duration which takes the place of the spliced relationship. First of all, all the spliced connections in the activity-on-arrow spliced network are converted to the fin- ish-to-start (FTS) relationship. Secondly,increasing the spliced dummy activity between the real ac- tivities which replaces the spliced relationship, the VCPM network planning and scheduling is built, so that it will have the immediacy of the CPM diagram model. Finally, the calculation rules of the time parameters and the determination of key lines are conducted based on CPM.
