信息服务视角下创业退出路径选择信息过程模型的构建与验证

摘　　要：[目的／意义]信息对创业者识别退出机会、形成退出决策起着至关重要的作用，为更大程度地发挥信息的服务功能，实现退出价值，构建并验证创业退出路径选择信息过程模型。[方法／过程]在回顾相关理论的基础上，通过引入信息服务机构承担信息获取、认知、再生等职能，构建模型并遵循扎根理论的思想进行案例验证。[结果／结论]该模型采取部分委托的方式，保证创业者真实意愿的体现和自主决策权利的同时，提高信息运动效率，充分发挥信息服务对于双创的提升作用。[ Purpose/significance ] Information plays cisions. In order to give full play to the service function of and verifies the information process model of the choice of a vital role in identifying exit opportunities and forming exit de- information, and realize the value of exit, this paper constructs entrepreneurial exit routes. [ Method/process] After reviewing relevant theories, this paper constructs the model which is supported by the information service institutions, which can provide function such as information aequisition, cognition and regeneration, then uses grounded theory to make case anal- ysis verification. [ Result/conclusion] The model takes the way of partial consignation, which ensures the real idea and tion and entrepreneurship.
