摘 要:针对伽师铜矿巷道岩体的破碎及变形破坏日趋严重等问题,通过工程调研和分析巷道的变形特征及规律,结合锚喷网支护机理和工艺,引进以高强度树脂锚杆、喷射混凝土为核心的联合支护新工艺,使巷道的变形得到了有效控制,工程实践结果表明,巷道断面两帮发生的最大位移量为16.9 mm,顶板发生的最大位移量为22.9 mm;支护成本较原支护成本降低了1193元/m,降低率达51.9%。这些结论对于实际矿山巷道的支护设计与施工具有较好指导意义。In view of the problems such as the worsening crushing and deformation of the rock in the Jiashi copper mine, the characteristics and regularity of roadway deformation were studied through the engineering survey and analysis. Combined with the bolting-shotcreting-net support mechanism and technology, the new combination support technology, taking the high- strength resin anchor and shotcreting as the core, was introduced to effectively control the deformation of the roadway.The field tests showed that the maximum displacement in two sides of the roadway section was 16.9 mm, and the maximum displace- ment of the roof was 22.9 mm. Compared to the original one, the new support method could reduce the cost by 1193 RMB/m, with a reduction rate of 51.9~. These conclusions had a good guiding significance for the design and construction of the road- way support in actual mine.
