摘 要:对考虑储能电池平衡配电网峰谷差经济性的容量配置方法展开研究。依据负荷削峰率指标,以储能电池在一天内平衡充放电量为约束,设计了一种考虑储能电池动作时机与深度的充放电策略,进而得到相应的容量配置需求,并对该容量进行了经济性评估,综合即得技术/经济性能最优的储能电池功率-容量配比方案。实例分析表明,通过改变削峰率能较好地实现所提策略的调节目标,削峰率在0.75~0.90内变化时,配置的储能电池额定容量-功率比为4∶1~6∶1之间,在全寿命周期内(20年)约14~20年能收回投资成本。The capacity configuration method considering the economy of battery energy storage system(BESS) balancing the power peak load shifting was put forward. Based on the index of the load peak ratio and the constrain of BESS balancing of charging and discharging capacity in a day, the strategy about the timing and depth of the action of BESS was proposed, and the correspondent requirements of capacity configuration of BESS are further concluded, and its economic efficiency was estimated. On top of that, the ratio scheme of BESS power- capacity with optimal technical-economic performance was obtained. Finally, the feasibility that changing the load peak ratio can realize the adjusting goal of the proposed strategy was verified by the experimental simulations. When the load peak ratio ranges from 0.75 - O. 90, the corresponding rated capacity-power ratio of the BESS is between 4:1 - 6: 1. What' s more,the investment cost can be reclaimed in 14 to 20 years in the 20-year life cycle.
