摘  要:为解决风电消纳问题,通过对电锅炉与储热环节的控制,打破以热定电的电–热刚性耦合关系,提高系统调节能力,提出风电就地消纳的弃风消纳方案。在蓄热式电锅炉消纳弃风电量的基础上,引入大规模储能电池组成混合系统,对蓄热式电锅炉的加热功率分挡位进行调节,建立了提升风电就地消纳的蓄热式电锅炉优化控制的数学模型,采用赌轮盘思想对电锅炉工作挡位进行选择。基于某省级电网实际数据,仿真分析了储能协同蓄热式电锅炉供暖提升风电消纳能力的效果,证明了模型的有效性。To solve the problem of wind power accommodation, by controlling the electric boiler and thermal storage,the rigid coupling relationship between electricity and heat,namely, electricity being determined by heat,is broken, and the adjustment capacity of the system is enhanced. Based on the working principle of the abandoned wind power by regenerative electric boiler, the large-scale energy storage battery was introduced to form a hybrid system, and the heating power of the regenerative electric boiler was adjusted. The mathematical model of the optimal control of the regenerative electric boiler was established. Roulette thought was used to select the electric boiler work gear. The effect of thermal storage in improving wind power accommodation was simulated with the actual data of a provincial power grid of China. Tlle example analysis results prove the validity of the model.
