基于非条件Logistic回归研究胃脘痛高危体质

摘　　要：目的:基于非条件Logistic回归探讨胃脘痛患者的个体中医体质以及高危体质分布特点。方法:选取2013年1月至2014年12月在桂林市中医医院治未病中心门诊、胃肠病科门诊及病房的胃脘痛患者及在治未病中心进行健康体检的健康人群为研究对象,胃脘痛患者纳入胃脘痛组,健康人群为正常对照组,每组各190例。运用中医体质调查量化表对两组患者进行中医体质调查,进一步采用非条件Logistic回归研究胃脘痛高危中医体质。结果:两组患者气虚质、阳虚质、阴虚质、痰湿质比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者平和质、气郁质、湿热质和特禀质比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。按照偏回归系数为负值时Exp(B)优势比<1,湿热质和气郁质是胃脘痛的高危体质。结论:偏颇体质的人群会对某种疾病有易感性,但仍需大样本多地域的随机对照临床试验进行调研验证。Objective：To explore individual TCM constitution of patients with epigastric pain and distribution characteristics of high- risk constitutions. Methods：One hundred and ninety patients with epigastric pain who were treated in our hospital% Center Outpa- tient for preventive treatment of disease, gastroenteric clinic and ward between Jan. 2013 and Dec. 2014 were chosen as the research subjects ,and regard as members of the epigastric pain ,and 190 healthy people who took Health examination at the center for preven- tive treatment of the disease were chosen into the normal control group. TCM e, onstitutions of the two groups＇ patients were investiga- ted by using TCM physique survey quantitative table, and epigastric pain high-risk constitutions were studied by using non condition- al Logistic regression. Results ： The difference in qi deficiency constitution, yang deficiency constitution, yiu deficiency constitution and phlegm-damp constitution between the two groups was not statistically significant （ P 〉 0.05 ）. However, the difference in mild constitution,qi stagnation constitution,damp-heat eonslitution and intrinsic quality constitution between the two groups had no statis- tical significance （ P 〉 0.05 ）. According to the partial regression coefficient was negative when the Exp （ B ） than 〈 1, damp-heat and qi stagnation constitutions are high-risk ones. Conclusion：People with biased physique will be susceptible to a certain disease, but a randomized controlled elinical trial that still needs a large sample and muhiple regions is tested.
