督灸治疗强直性脊柱炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察督灸治疗强直性脊柱炎(Ankylosing spondylitis,AS)的临床疗效。方法:选取就诊于本院的96例AS患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各48例。对照组给予锝99TC亚甲基二膦酸盐注射液静脉推注,同时口服柳氮磺吡啶,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用督灸。观察两组患者的临床疗效,比较两组患者治疗前后Bath活动指数(BASDAI)和功能指数(BASFI)、晨僵、枕墙距、Schober试验、指地距、血沉(erythrocyte sedimentation rate,ESR)和C反应蛋白(C reactive protein,CRP)等变化情况。结果:对照组有效率为72.91%,治疗组有效率为91.66%,两组患者临床疗效比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后BASDAI、BASFI、晨僵、枕墙距、Schober试验、指地距、ESR和CRP水平较治疗前明显改善,且治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:督灸联合锝99TC亚甲基二膦酸盐注射液治疗强直性脊柱炎疗效显著,且可改善患者的临床症状。Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of Du moxibustion on ankylosing spondylitis （AS）. Methods： Ninety-six patients who were treated in our hospital were chosen as the research subjects,and were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 48 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were given teehnetium 99TC methylene two phos- phate injection for intravenous injection ,while the ones in the treatment group were added Du moxibustion based on the treatment of the control group. Then the clinical curative effects of the two groups were observed. The changes ~ff Bath activity index （BASDAI） and functional index （BASFI） ,morning stiffness ,pillow-wall distance ,Sehober test ,finger-ground distanee, eD, throcyte sedimentation rate （ESR） and C reactive protein （CRP） and other changes before and after the treatment were compared. Results：The effective rate in the control group was 72.91% ,while that in the treatment group was 91.66% ,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. After the treatment, the two groups＇ BASDAI, BASFI, morning stiffness, pillow -wall distance, Schober test, ESR and CRP,finger-ground distance significantly improved ,and the ett^ct of the treatment group was significantly bet- ter than the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion：Du moxibustion in combina- tion has a remarkable clinical curative effect on AS, can improve the clinic^d symptoms of the patients.
