摘　　要：在肾性血尿的治疗上中医药显示了其独特的优势与显著的疗效,尤其是在对尿血这一症状上更为突出。大多数医家已经认识到了风、热、虚、瘀等病理因素在疾病的发生发展过程中起到了重要因素,怎样避免其对本疾病的影响,以及如何在确定某个病理因素下对症治疗,是目前摆在肾内科医生面前的难题。现代医学对肾性血尿的治疗方法较为单一,中医运用辨证论治、整体观念,借鉴古代医家治疗经验,针对每一个证型和每一个患者制定各具特色的治疗方案,使得肾性血尿治愈率大大提高。如若在用药品种和数量上加强规范,减少肾毒性药物的应用,则可避免不良反应的产生,提高疗效。For the：treatment of renal hematuria,Chinese medicine has unique advantages and significant therapeutic effect, espe- cially for the symptom of hematuria. Most doctors have realized the importance of pathogenic factors of wind, heat, deficiency and blood stasis in the occurrence and development of the disease. It is the a difficult problem for curren! renal physicians to avoid the aggravation of this disease and how to conduct symptomatic treatment under certain pathogenic factor. The therapeutic： method for renal hematuria in modern medicine is rather simple and nol very accurate. The curative effects of renal hematuria improve a lot with the specific therapeutic scheme for specific patient under the guidance of TCM syndrome differeniiation and treatment, holism concept and borrowed experience of ancient doctors. The strengthening of specifications on the kinds and dosages of the drugs and reduction of the use of drugs with nephrotoxicity can avoid side effects and enhance the therapeutic effects.
