中医治疗肺癌骨转移疼痛综述

摘　　要：疼痛为肺癌骨转移疼痛患者最主要的也是最急迫需要解决的症状之一,严重影响患者身心和生存质量,因此需找出高效、安全、不良反应小的治疗方法。中医药通过整体观和辨证论治的方法在治疗癌性疼痛上取得良好效果,这也是中医药的优势所在。当然也有一些相关问题需要解决,例如临床和实验室研究结合不够紧密,使很多有效数据无法应用于实验室,给深一步研究中医药带来困境;临床研究缺乏严格的设计,很少对随机、双盲、对照进行研究,疗程长短不一,对疗效评价的说服力产生影响。因此,我们应把中医药治疗肺癌骨转移疼痛的优势进一步发扬光大,同时也应正视其中不足,加以改之,相信中医药将会在癌性疼痛治疗上更加高效、安全。Pain is one of main and urgent symptoms of patients with bone metastases from pulm^mary cancer, which seriously affect the mental and physical heahh and life quality of the patients. Therefore,effective, safe,less-side-effect therapeutic method shouhl be discovered. Chinese medicine has excellent effects on the bone metastases from puhnonary cancer under the guidance of cotl- cept of holism and syndrome dilterentiation and treatment ,and this is the advantage of Chinese medic＇ine. Such problem as the poor connection between clinical and experimental researches makes the effective data cannot be applied to/he laboratoo＇, which brings on difficulties for further researches on Chinese medicine. The clinical researches lack strict design and researches on random, double blind and control experiments,and the non-unified treatment com＇se affects lhe evaluation of the therapeutic effect. There- fore,we need spread the advantages of Chinese medicine in the treatment of bone metastases from puhnonat7 cancer and ton＇eel the shortcomings,mid this will nmke Chinese medicine more effective and safer in the treatment of cancer pain.
