摘　　要：目的探究吉林省常住居民糖尿病患者的未知晓率及影响因素,为制定糖尿病的防治策略与措施提供科学依据。方法 2013年6-8月采用多阶段分层随机整群抽样的方法对2 996名研究对象进行调查,通过问卷调查、体格检查和血糖检测获得研究对象基本信息以及糖尿病患者未知晓情况的资料。结果吉林省常住居民糖尿病患者的未知晓率是58.0%,多因素logistic回归分析发现糖尿病家族史、文化程度和有无医疗保险是糖尿病患者未知晓率的影响因素(OR=0.320~4.311),其中无糖尿病家族史的患者未知晓率较高(OR=4.311),大专及以上的患者未知晓率较高(OR=3.356),有医疗保险的患者未知晓率较高(OR=3.125)。结论 2013年吉林省18岁以上常住居民的糖尿病患者未知晓率还有待降低,应该加大糖尿病健康知识的宣传力度,提高糖尿病的知晓率。Objective To explore the unknown rate of diabetes in diabetic residents and its influencing factors in Jilin Province so as to provide a scientific basis for formulating prevention strategies and measures of diabetes mellitus. Methods A stratified random cluster sampling method was used to investigate 2,996 research subjects, and the subjects＇ general information and the da- ta about unknown rate of diabetes patients were investigated through a questionnaire survey, physical examination and blood glucose testing. Results The unknown rate of diabetes patients in permanent residents in Jilin Province was 58. 0%. Multifactor logistic regression analysis showed that family history of diabetes~ educational background and whether or not having medical insurance were the factors influencing the unknown rate of diabetic patients （ OR = 0.320-4.311 ） , and the unknown rate was found to be higher in patients without family history of diabetes （OR=4.311） , patients with college degree and above （OR= 3.356） and pa- tients with medical insurance （OR = 3.125）. Conclusions The unknown rate of diabetes in diabetic residents aged 18 years and above in Jilin Province still needs to be reduced. It is necessary to increase the propaganda about diabetes-related health knowledge and improve the awareness rate of diabetes.
