摘  要:采用原位反应法制备了Mg_2Si/Al-Si复合材料,研究了Sb对该复合材料硬度和冲击性能的影响。随着Sb加入量的增加,复合材料的硬度和冲击性能均呈现先增加后减小的趋势。当Sb的加入量为0.4%时,复合材料的硬度(HB)最高,约为91,比未变质时提高了27.3%,复合材料的冲击韧度、屈服能量、失效能量和最大能量也均达到最大,分别为11.4J/cm^2、0.24J、11.62J和2.79J。0.4%的Sb变质的复合材料由于初生Mg_2Si颗粒细小且弥散分布,延长了裂纹扩展所需路径和时间,增加了裂纹扩展阻力,因而表现出最好的冲击性能。Effects of Sb on the hardness and impact properties of Mg2Si/Al-Si composites fabricated by insitu reaction were analyzed. The results show that the hardness and impact properties of the composites are increased firstly and then decreased with the increase of Sb content. When the addition of Sb reaches up to 0.4%, the composites have a maximum hardness of 91 HB, improved by about 27.3% than that of un-modified composites. In addition, the impact toughness, yield energy, failure energy and maximum energy also reach to the maximum, value of 11.4 J/cm^2, 0.24 J, 11.62 J and 2.79 J, respectively. The composites with 0.4 % Sb modified exhibit a good impact properties, which are attributed to the increase of crack propagation path and time to increase the crack propagation resistance accordingly as a result of the smaller size and unifrom distribution of primary Mg2Si particles.
