摘  要:运用均衡凝固技术对熔模铸造生产的不锈钢三通铸件进行了工艺设计,利用ProCast模拟软件进行模拟分析,得到该类铸件冒口偏离因数S与冒口和热节之间的模数比例k的关系。最终利用该关系对在生产的M03552件进行工艺设计。模拟结果表明,铸件缩孔、缩松缺陷消失,工艺出品率提高。By proportional solidification, process of investment casting stainless steel three-pass castings was designed. Meanwhile, simulation analysis for the process was carried out by the numerical software. The relationship between riser deviation factor S and modulus ratio k was presented. Design of the process of casting M03552 was performed based on the relationship. The simulated results reveal that the shrinkage porosities (holes) in the three-pass castings can be eliminated, and the yield production rate is increased.
