摘 要:采用热模锻试验对铜及铜合金的可锻性进行分析,同时总结当前评价铜合金可锻性的方法并提出一种更为可靠的铜合金可锻性评价标准。对3类铜合金进行高温拉伸试验,分析铜合金的可锻性,通过对8类铜合金的热模锻试验提出一种更为可靠的评价体系。结果表明,使用模具对铜合金进行热模锻,通过分析不同温度下的开裂情况可以得到铜合金的锻造温度范围,通过对最佳锻造温度下的变形量进行比较,得到了铜合金之间的相对可锻性。将所得结果与已有的结论进行比较,验证了热模锻评价铜合金可锻性的准确性和优点。The forgeability of copper and copper alloys were analyzed by hot die forging experiments. The current evaluation method of copper alloy's forgeability was summarized, and a more reliable evaluation standard of copper alloys' forgeability was proposed. On the basis of the high temperature tensile test of three kinds of copper alloy, the forging behavior of Cu alloy was analyzed, and a new and more reliable evaluation system of the logarithmic copper alloy was proposed. The results reveal that the forging temperature range of different copper alloys can be obtained by using die forging to analyze the cracking conditions at different temperatures, and the relative ductility of different Cu alloys can be presented by comparing deformation of the copper alloys at the optimum forging temperature. The results were compared with the existing conclusions, and the accuracy and advantages of the evaluation method proposed for the forging behavior of the copper alloy were verified by the hot die forging.
