摘 要:提出了一种Al-Ti-B中间合金组织形貌定量分析的方法,主要是基于Image J对Al-Ti-B中间合金中TiAl_3相的粒度、形状、均匀程度的定量描述来实现对Al-Ti-B中间合金组织形貌进行定量评价,绘制出TiAl_3相的轮廓并求得其粒度;通过TiAl_3相的面积与"包络图形"面积的比值来定量评价其形状;同时提出一种描述粒子均匀程度的方法,并基于Matlab来绘制粒子与其对应节点的距离的分布情况。最后基于SPSS对通过上述方法得到的TiAl_3相的粒度、形状、均匀程度的定量表述与模具热导率进行相关性分析。A method for the quantitative analysis of Al-Ti-B microstructure of master alloy was proposed, which was based on Image J's quantitative description of the particle size, shape and uniformity of TiAl3 phase in master alloy to realize the quantitative evaluation for structure and morphology. The morphology of the TiAl3 phase was plotted and its particle size was obtained based on the software Image J. Through ratio of the area of the TiAl3 phase to the area of the "envelope pattern", shape of the TiAl3 phase was evaluated quantitatively. At the same time, a describing method for uniformity of particles was presented, and distribution of the distance between the particle and its corresponding node was drawn based on the Matlab. Finally, based on the SPSS, the quantitative analysis of the particle size, shape and uniformity of the TiAl3 phase obtained by the above method was carried out with thermal conductivity of the mold.
