摘 要:生物质加工成固体成型燃料后具有便于储存运输、应用范围扩大、燃烧效率提高20%以及烟灰污染减轻等优点。通过对纯松树枝以及少量酒糟和松树枝混合为原料的两种固体成型燃料的物理性能及燃烧过程进行分析发现,添加有少量酒糟后固体成型燃料的热值与S元素的含量均有提高;此外两种燃料的TG和DTA曲线几乎一致,表明二者的燃烧机理完全相同。燃料在不同热处理条件下的灰分的XRD分析结果表明,大气常温下灰分主要成分是无定形碳,灰分在500℃高温热处理后主要为K2O物质。本研究对于生物质成型燃料更好的开发应用具有一定的参考意义。Biomass pellet fuel possesses many merits contrast to biomass power, such as easy for storage and transportation, application domain expansion, combustion efficiency increasing and soot pollution reducing and so on. The physical performance and burning process of two biomass pellet fuels with pine branches and the mixture of pine branches and a portion of distiller grains as raw material respectively were studied. The results display that the calorific value of fuel and S element content both improve when a portion of distiller grains is added into pine powder raw material. The TG and DTA curves of two fuels are close to identical, which indicates the burning mechanism is similar in different burning process. XRD results of ashes after different heat treating show that the amorphous carbon is the main products when biomass is burning in room temperature and atmosphere and the residual is only K2O after the air ash being heat treating in 500℃ high temperature furnace. This study provides theory reference for the application of biomass fuel.
