摘  要:本文主要在膨胀型防火涂料中添加粒径范围为2~5 um,添量为2%、4%、6%、8%、10%、12%的硼酸锌,水性膨胀型防火涂料的原有防火组份不变占60%,研究其对膨胀型防火涂料的理化性能及防火性能影响。采用锥形量热议进行防火星能测试,对比添加硼酸锌前后的涂料的理化性能及防火性能。结果显示添加硼酸锌后的防火涂层干燥时间和涂膜外观影响不大。添加硼酸锌后的涂层样品均为被点燃,热释放速率降低、总释热量减小说明添加硼酸锌后提升了膨胀型防火涂料防火性能。This paper mainly in intumescent coatings added in the size range of 2-5 um, amount 2 %, 4 %, 6 %, 8 %, 10 %, 12 %. Waterborne intumescent fire retardant coatings for the original fire Component unchanged accounted for 60 %, to study its influence on the performance and the fireproof performance of intumescent fire retardant coatings. Use cone test physicochemical properties and fire performance comparison before and after the addition of zinc borate coatings. The results showed that the addition of zinc borate after fire coating drying time and film appearance has little effect. Add the samples coated with zinc borate after all is ignited, the heat release rate decreased, the total heat release decreases which indicates that the addition of zinc borate to enhance the swelling properties of fireproof coatings.
