摘 要:本文选用了五种底漆和六种面漆,通过组合使用,测定了在180℃热处理后防腐涂料的质量损失、失光程度、变色等级、附着力和硬度的变化,对比分析了不同底漆和面漆组合使用的热稳定性。结果发现:环氧富锌底漆配氟碳面漆的质量损失率最低为3.26%;热处理有利于提高漆膜的附着力和硬度;综合来看环氧云铁底漆配可复涂聚氨酯面漆和环氧富锌底漆配氟碳面漆表现出较高的热稳定性。The paint films were prepared by different combination with which include five kinds of primer and six kinds of topcoat in this paper. The changes of mass, color, gloss, adhesion and hardness were measured after heat treatment at 180℃, and the thermal stability of the paint films of different primer and topcoat were analyzed. The result showed that the film of epoxy zinc-rich primer with fluorocarbon topcoat have the lowest quality loss rate of 3.26 %, and the adhesion and hardness of paint film can be improved by heat treatment. In conclusion, the paint films of epoxy cloud iron primer with polyurethane (PU) topcoat and epoxy zinc-rich primer with fluorocarbon topcoat have the higher thermal stability.
