摘　　要：建立了固相萃取/气质联用法测定地表水中34种有机氯和氯苯类有机物的分析方法。方法线性回归相关系数均大于0.998,检出限为0.008~0.06 ug/L,相对标准偏差为0.7%~5.9%,样品加标回收率为72.0%~111.7%。方法灵敏度高、具有良好的精密度和准确度,适用于地表水中有机氯和氯苯类化合物的测定。There has been developed a method for simultaneous determination of 34 kinds of organochlorine pesticides and chlorobenzenes in surface water by using solid-phase extraction and gas chromatography/mass spectrometry. The results show that the above 34 kinds of substances are well separated. The correlative coefficients are above 0.998. The method detection limits are 0.008-0.06 ug/L. Relative standard deviations are 0.7 %-5.9 %. Recoveries of actual samples are 72.0 %-111.7 %. The sensitivity, precision and accuracy of the method all meet analysis requirement of detecting organochlorine pesticides andchlorobenzenes in surface water.
