摘　　要：2017年9—10月,受持续降雨影响,长江上游三峡区间、汉江发生了明显的秋季洪水过程。通过对秋汛过程分析,总结了组织领导、应急值守、水库调度、巡查防守、转移避险等防御工作举措,针对存在问题提出了下一步工作建议。During the period of September to October 2017, the Hanjiang River experienced an autumn flood due to the continuous rainfall. Based on evolution analysis of flood process, prevention measures are summarized, including reinforcement of organization and leadership, emergency services, reservoir regulation, regular inspection and evacuation for avoiding risks. Suggestion are made for the next step work taking the existed problems and challenges into consideration.
