海河流域水质监测资料整编经验及技术探讨

摘　　要：水质资料整编是水质监测工作的重要环节。详细介绍了海河流域水质资料整编概况、流程及相关经验与启示。结合流域实际和整编工作实践形成的《海河流域水质资料整编技术规定》,从统一基础表格的项目及其次序、基础表格添加水功能区信息、细化基础表格填表说明、明确监测项目分析方法与取用位数等方面统一和规范了海河流域水质资料整编工作的技术细节和标准。同时,针对流域水系划分名称统一、八大离子是否参与整编、超出检测上限如何进行年均值计算等问题进行了技术探讨。Collection and compiling of water quality data plays an important part for river monitoring. This paper makes a detailed introduction on the whole process of water quality data collection and compiling in the Haihe River Basin, as well as relevant experiences and observations. According to the Technical Provisions for Collection and Compiling of Water Quality Data of the Haihe River Basin, the technical details and standards for data collection are integrated, including unifying the monitoring parameters and their order in based charts, adding information of water function zones, refining the instructions of charts, specifying analysis method for monitoring project and digit. At the same time, technical discussions are made regarding unification of names of water systems during river basin division, collection of eight ions data and how to calculate the mean average of monitoring parameters exceeding the detection limit.
