高层住宅窗底墙与窗间墙脱缝对结构设计优化的作用

摘　　要：用概念性设计的理论分析了窗底墙与窗间墙脱缝与不脱缝两种方案,阐述了在高层住宅设计中,窗底墙与窗间墙脱缝的方案,可大大降低连梁的刚度,优化结构体系。In this paper,the conceptual design theory is designed to analyze the gap of taking off the seam or not between the wall under the window and the wall between the windows,it is elaborated that in the design of high-rise residential buildings,taking off the seam between the wall under the window and the wall between the windows reduce the stiffness of the girder and optimize the structure design greatly.
