摘　　要：针对我国目前石膏板生产线及所配套的搅拌机的发展现状,指出现有石膏板用搅拌机存在的问题,开发设计一种新型的叶片快速清洁主轴可摆动倾斜的搅拌机,有效解决了搅拌机叶片有缠绕或沉积堆积物时不好清理的难题,减少了清理难度,节省了叶片清洁的时间,提高了工作效率。In view of the present mixer which is used for gypsum board production line and the development present situation,points out the existing problems of plasterboard in the blender,development and design a new type of blade quickly clean the spindle can be tilted swinging mixer,effectively solve the mixer blade with twisted or sedimentary debris clean up the problem of poor,reduced the difficulty of cleaning,saved blade cleaning time,improve the working efficiency.
