摘 要:动中通是在车、船、飞机等移动载体上进行卫星通信,目前广泛应用于应急通信、新闻直播等多个领域。进行卫星通信时,需要合理设计卫星传输链路,确保设计的动中通系统能与主站进行双向通信,并留有一定的余量。鉴于此,详细推导了动中通系统与中心主站通信的链路预算过程,并以Ku频段0.7 m动中通与4.5 m主站进行通信为例计算,结合卫星转发器参数,计算上行地球站所需的发射功率额定值和整个传输链路的载噪比门限余量进行系统设计,确保系统正常通信。The on-the-move system, that is, to implement satellite communication on mobile carriers such as vehicles, ships and aircraft, now is widely used in many fields including emergency communication, news broadcast and so on. For realizing satellite communication, it is necessary to properly design the satellite transmission link and ensure that the designed on-the-move system can communicate with the main station for two-way communication, and keep a certain amount of allowance. In view of this, the link budget process of the communication between the on-the-move system and the central main station is derived in detail. Then, taking the communication of between the Ku band 0.7 m and the 4.5 m master station as an example, combined with the satellite transponder parameters, the uplink earth station's required transmit power rating and the threshold margin of the transmission link's carrier to noise ratio are calculated, so as to design the system and ensure the normal communication of the system.
