篮球比赛中三分球分类、作用及训练策略——以运城学院系级篮球比赛为例

摘　　要：现代篮球运动的最大特点是对抗。新的篮球规则增设了"三分球",给篮球竞赛带来新的生机,使比赛更加紧张、激烈、精彩,它对技战术提出了更高要求,对篮球运动发展必将产生深远的影响。在现代篮球运动中,三分远投是球队得分的重要手段,也是很多球队战胜对手的最锐利的武器。文章通过查阅相关资料和比赛数据,对这些数据进行统计和分析,论述三分球的分类以及三分球在比赛中的运用,从中得出影响三分球命中率的主要因素,从而制定出一些提高三分球命中率的训练手段,最终达到提高三分球命中率的目的,并且使大学生篮球比赛更加精彩、激烈,使大学生的篮球水平迅速的提高。The biggest characteristic of modern basketball is confrontation. The new basketball rules added ＂three point field goal＂, which brings new vitality to basketball competition, makes the game more intensive, fierce and splendid, requires more on tactics and techniques, and will bring in - depth influence on the sport of basketball. Three point shoot is a main scoring approach as well as a sharp weapon in winning. Through literature and match statistical analysis, the classification and application of three point field goal are illustrated to conclude the main influential factors of three point FGP, and design corresponding training methods. The final aim is to improve three point FGP, make college basketball match more attractive and fierce, and enhance the overall quality of college basketball.
