摘　　要：本文运用文献资料法、录像观察法、数理统计法对2016年里约奥运会中国女排夺冠因素进行分析和研讨。在与对手比赛时,中国女排的各项技术数据都优于对手,而且比赛中的精神状态也相比于对手的精神状态更加斗志旺盛,经过各项数据统计分析后能够发现中国女排的基础身体数据就要高于比赛对手而且中国女排的发球技术稳定,扣球进攻能力强,战术使用灵活,接发球水平优秀,拦网技术能充分利用本身优势。在排球比赛中,高度是夺冠的主要因素,技术是夺取比赛胜利的重要保证,战术是获取胜利的重要手段。By using the methods of literature, video observation, and mathematical statistics, winning factors for Chinese Women＇ s Volleyball Team in Rio 2016 Olympic Games is analyzed and discussed. During the competition, our technical data is always better than the opponent, and the will of Chinese team is superior to other team. After data analysis, it can be seen that Chinese players hold better basic body conditions, more steady serving, better spike abilities, more flexible tactics, and better receiving and block skills. In volleyball, height is the main factor for winning and taking the crown, skill is an important guarantee, while tactics is the vital mean.
