摘　　要：间质性膀胱炎(IC)又称为Hunner溃疡病、痛性膀胱炎,是一种基于尿频、尿急、膀胱或盆底疼痛的慢性疼痛综合征。其主要好发于40多岁的中年女性,但是男性在任何年龄也可以发生。目前国内外对于IC研究较多,但是还没有一个突破性的进展,迄今为止所描述的治疗方法都是以临床经验为基础,重点是姑息治疗,只实现部分和在大多数情况下症状的缓解。该文旨在从临床表现、病因学、诊断、治疗等角度来介绍IC,从而进一步增强认识。Interstitial cystitis （IC）is known as ＂Hunner ulcer disease＂ and ＂painful cystitis＂, it is a chronic pain syndrome based on urinary frequency, urgency, bladder or pelvic floor pain. It is a painful disorder that predominantly affects middle aged women,with an average age of 40 years. But men can also develop IC of any age. Currently there are numerous studies of IC treatment,but there is no breakthrough progress. The treatments described are empirically based and their focus is palliative, achieving only partial and temporary symptom relief in most cases. The purpose of this article is to summarize the clinical features, etiology, diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of IC,which can also further enhance our understanding of it .
