摘　　要：目的探讨ΔNp63和TAp63 mRNA及其蛋白在寻常银屑病不同发展时期的表达。方法收集临床银屑病进展期、静止期、稳定期皮损组、皮损旁组、以及正常组,用Real time PCR检测ΔNp63和TAp63 mRNA的表达;免疫组化法检测ΔNp63蛋白在正常组和银屑病进展期、静止期、稳定期皮损组的表达情况。结果荧光定量PCR结果显示,相比于正常组和皮损旁组,TAp63 mRNA在银屑病进展期、静止期、稳定期皮损组的表达降低(P<0.05),进展期、静止期、稳定期组间表达率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。而ΔAp63 mRNA在银屑病进展期、静止期和稳定期表达升高(P<0.05),进展期、静止期、稳定期组间显示进展期升高(P<0.05)。免疫组化结果显示,相比于正常组和皮损旁组,ΔNp63蛋白在银屑病静止期表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而在进展期和稳定期中高表达(P<0.05)。结论 p63基因对银屑病的作用与其不同亚型ΔNp63与TAp63的表达密切相关。Objective To investigate the expression ofΔNp63 and TAp63 m RNA and proteins in different stages of epidermal keratinocytes of psoriasis. Methods Clinical psoriasis lesions specimens in different stages were collected,the expression of △Np63 and TAp63 m RNA was detected by Real-time PCR of absolute quantification. ΔNp63 protein expression was detected by Immunohistochemical method. Results Compared with normal skin tissues andskin lesions tissues,TAp63 m RNA was significantly down-regulatedat active stage,resting stage and plateau stage（P〈0.05）,while expression rate showed no difference between the three groups（P〈0.05）. △Np63 m RNAwas significantly up-regulated at active stage,resting stage and plateau stage（P〈0.05）. The expression of ΔNp63 m RNA was significantly increased in the progression period than that in the stationary phase and the stable stage（P〈0.05）. Immunohistochemical results showed that ΔNp63 protein was no significant difference in puberty quiescence（P〈0.05）,and significantly up-regulatedat active stageand plateau stage（P〈0.05）,compared with normal tissue and lesion tissue. Conclusion The effect of p63 gene on psoriasis was closely related to the expression of different subtypes.
