术中护理配合对预防吻合器痔上黏膜环切术中并发症的意义及护理体会

摘　　要：目的探讨术中护理配合对预防吻合器痔上黏膜环切术中并发症的意义及护理体会。方法选取2015年10月至2016年10月在大连大学附属新华医院行吻合器痔上黏膜环切术的患者50例,随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组25例,采取普通护理模式,试验组25例,在对照组的基础上使用护理配合模式,比较两组患者术后并发症的发生情况,包括:尿潴留、排便障碍、术后肛门出血、肛门狭窄局部感染。结果试验组总并发症发生率为4%,对照组总并发症率为12%,试验组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理配合可以预防吻合器痔上黏膜环切术的并发症的发生,值得在临床推广。Objective To nursing cooperate to prevent stapling hemorrhoids mucosa ring on the significance of intraoperative complications and nursing experience. Methods October 2015 to October 2015 on the line, Xinhua hospital affiliated to dalian university stapling hemorrhoids mucosa fibrotomy, 50 cases of patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, control group 25 cases, adopt ordinary nursing mode, experimental group 25 cases, used in the control group on the basis of nursing cooperation mode, comparing two groups of patients with postoperative complications Urine retention, postoperative anal defecation dysfunction, bleeding, anal stenosis local infection. Results Treatment group total complication rate was 4%, control group total complication rate was 12%, the experimental group is better than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Nursing cooperation can prevent stapling hemorrhoids mucosa fibrotomy complications, is worth popularizing in clinical.
