摘  要:为解决食用菌栽培料中农药残留检测问题,本研究建立了一种气相色谱检测同时测定食用菌栽培料棉籽壳、麸皮、稻草、木屑中的毒死蜱、乐果、百菌清、溴氰菊酯农药残留。样品经过乙酸乙酯提取、弗罗里硅固相萃取小柱净化,用气相色谱仪FPD、ECD检测器检测,外标定量。本方法分对上述4种农药的检测限均可达到0.01mg/kg;在0.05-2.0mg/kg度范围内呈现良好的线性关系,性线相关系数均>0.99;4种农药的回收率在81.0%~106.1%;RSD≤7.3%。该方法操作便捷,快速准确,适用食用菌栽培料中有机磷、有机氯、菊酯类农药残留的测定,保障食用菌栽培料的安全。A gas chromatograph simultaneous determination method has been developed to determine the residuces of Chlorpyrifos, Rogor, cblorothalonil and deltamethrin in Cottonseed hulls, bran, straw and sawdust.The sample is extracted by ethyl acetate , florisil column purge, External standard quantification.The optimized testing conditions included a lower limits of 4 pesticides could reach 0.01mg/kg.The calibration curves of the pesticides had a linear relationship with a correlation coefficients greater than 0.99 in the range of 0.05 - 2.0mg/kg. The recovery ranged of 4 Pesticides from 81.0% to 106.1%, with a relative standard deviations ≤7.3%. The method is fast and accurate, Could be applied to determination of organo- phosphorus pesticides, organochrine pesticides and pyrethroid pesticides in edible fungi substrate.
