摘　　要：文献回顾发现专用资产投资、信息共享和制度建设与信任的关系紧密,在理论分析的基础上得到了7个假设,构建结构方程模型,通过调查问卷,借助于SPSS软件和AMOS软件进行实证分析,得出了专用资产投资、信息共享和制度建设确实对制造业与物流业联动信任具有正向作用的结论,据此提出了一些建议。Literature review finds that special asset investment,information sharing and institutional construction are closely related to trust. Based on the theoretical analysis,seven hypotheses are obtained,and the model of structural equation is constructed,and the empirical analysis is carried out by using SPSS software and AMOS software. It is concluded that the investment of special assets,information sharing and institutional construction do have positive effect on the linkage trust between manufacturing industry and logistics industry. Some Suggestions are put forward.
