摘 要:为实现气液两相流相含率及流量的双参数测量,对基于近红外光谱技术的轴向安装气液两相流测量装置进行优化。利用近红外吸收衰减技术实现两相流液相含率测量,同时结合差压技术通过测量实验管段前后差压值得到流量信息。利用该装置进行单相水、单相气的相关测试并得到单相流量测量模型,实验结果表明其相对误差分别在±1.25%和±1.5%以内。选取液相含率高于85%的35个工况点进行气液两相流动测试,结合朗伯比尔定律及双流体模型,分别得到相含率及流量预测模型。预测结果表明:上述模型的相对误差分别在±3.0%和±6.0%以内。通过结合近红外技术与差压技术,同时实现相含率及流量的双参数在线测量,为后续气液两相流不分离测量奠定基础。Gas-liquid two-phase flow measuring equipment in axial mounting way based on NIR spectrum technique was optimized to achieve the dual-parameter measurement of phase volume fraction and flowrate and the liquid phase fractions measurement of two-phase flow was also achieved via NIR absorption attenuation technology. At the same time, the flowrate information could be measured by the differential pressure between two sides of the test tube based on differential pressure technique. The single-phase flow measurement model was obtained by carrying out the relative test of the single-phase water and the single-phase gas via the equipment. The test results show that the relative error is within ±1.25% and ±1.5% respectively. Besides, gas- liquid two-phase flow test was carried out at 35 operating points with liquid phase fractions higher than 85%, and phase volume fraction and the flowrate prediction model were respectively obtained according to the Lambert-Beer Law and the two-fluid model. The prediction results show that the relative error of the above-mentioned model is within ±3.0% and ±6.0% respectively.Through the NIR technique and the differential pressure technique, dual-parameter on-line measurement of phase volume fraction and flowrate was achieved at the same time, which lays the foundation for the non-separation measurement of follow-up gas-liquid two-phase flow.
