摘 要:设计了一款适用于按键质量检测的荷重-位移、电阻-位移曲线仪,以CycloneⅢ系列FPGA为控制核心,对按键的荷重、接触电阻以及按键按压、弹起过程中的位移进行采集,分别绘制荷重-位移曲线和接触电阻-位移曲线。3路压力传感器和按键输入至前端信号调理电路,经调理电路滤波放大后送入ADC模块进行模拟数字转换。FPGA读取AD转换的数据并通过USB实时上传至上位机进行曲线拟合并显示。测试结果表明该曲线仪实时性好,运行稳定可靠,检测精度高,成本低,可同时对三个按键进行检测,具有一定的实用性和推广价值。A load-displacement diagram and resistance-displacement diagram instrument was designed for keys detection. A CycloneⅢ family FPGA was used as the control core. We adopt sensors for data acquisition of the pressure loading on the key,the contact resistance and the displacement of the key,and then drew the load-displacement diagram and contact resistance-displacement diagram respectively.Signals of three channel pressure sensor and contact resistor were input to the analog circuit for amplifying and filtering,then the amplified signals were sent to the ADC module for analog to digital conversion.The AD conversion data was read by FPGA and uploaded to PC for curve fitting and real-time display through the USB. The experiments show that this diagram instrument has good real-time performance,high precision,stability,low cost. Three keys can be detected simultaneously. This instrument can be used as a good reference for keys detection.
