摘  要:为了实时监测环境温度,设计了基于STC15F2K60S2微控制器的测温系统。系统选用单总线的温度-电流式数字温度传感器DS18B20采集温度信号,通过STC15F2K60S2微控制器接口电路实现硬件设计,结合Keil C程序语言及微控制器的2kB大容量SRAM、60kB Flash存储器对温度信息进行处理,实现温度监测功能、超限报警功能、时间监测功能、键盘控制功能。电路仿真结果表明,系统测温范围、精度、超限报警等功能达到设计要求,整个硬件电路简单实用,读数方便。A temperature detection system based on the STC15F2K60S2 microcontroller was designed for detecting real-time temperature of the environment. Furthermore the 1-wire bus digital temperature sensor DS18B20 was used in the system where the STC microcontroller interface circuit was designed as hardware circuit. In addition,the design combined the C programming language with the microcontroller which includes a 2 k bytes of large SRAM and 60 k bytes of flash memory for processing temperature data.The function of the system contains the measurement of temperature,the sound-light alarm of unlimited temperature value,real-time display and monitoring,and the keyboard support. The simulation and debugging proved that the performance met the design requirements in the range of the temperature detection,the precision of the system,the alarm display,the entire simple practical system,and the convenient reading.
