摘  要:对某公司10万t/a MTBE装置投产初期出现的原料组分波动大、副产物甲基仲丁基醚(MSBE)含量高等问题进行分析,通过改造送料流程调节原料比例、控制醇烯质量比值、调整催化精馏塔塔顶压力,实现了装置的安稳运行及产品质量的提升,甲基叔丁基醚(MTBE)的质量分数由96.20%提高到了98.09%,MSBE的质量分数由1.80%降低至0.81%。At the initial stage of production of 100 thousand tons / year MTBE unit of a company, the raw material components fluctuate greatly and the content of sec - Butyl Methyl Ether, the by - product, is high. This paper analyzes this problem. The solution is transform-ing the feeding process, adjusting the proportion of raw materials, limiting the alfin ratio from 1.04 to 1.08, and regulating the overhead pressure of catalytic distillation tower from 0.56 MPa to 0.50 MPa. The result is that the device can stably operate with the product quality improved, and methyl tert butyl ether (MTBE) is increased from 96.20% to 98.09 % , with the mass fraction of methyl isobutyl ether (MSBE) decreased from 1.80% to 0.81% .
