尿路造口患者主要照顾者负担水平及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解尿路造口患者主要照顾者的负担水平及影响因素。方法采用一般资料调查问卷和生活自理能力测评量表对54例患者进行调查,采用一般资料调查问卷、Zarit负担量表、家庭关怀度指数问卷及照顾者照顾能力问卷对54名主要照顾者进行调查,对数据进行单因素和多因素分析。结果 54名主要照顾者Zarit负担量表测评值5~76分,平均(29.90±11.55)分。主要照顾者患有慢性疾病、患者医疗费用支付方式、患者生活自理能力、家庭关怀指数、照护能力是照顾者负担的影响因素。结论尿路造口患者主要照顾者的照顾负担较轻,受较多因素影响,加强患者及照顾者护理能力、提高照顾者支持度等,可改善照顾者的负担水平。Objective To study the burden level and its influencing factors for main caregivers of patients with urinary tract stoma.Method Investigate 54 patients by general information questionnaire and self-care ability scale.Investigate caregivers of 54 patients by general information questionnaire,Zarit Caregiver Burden Interview(ZBI),family APGAR index and caregivers' caring ability scale.Make single and multiple factors analysis on the result.Result Score on ZBI of 54 caregivers is 5~76.The average score is(29.90±11.55).Caregivers' chronic diseases,patients' forms of payment for medical expenses,patients' self-care ability,family APGAR index and caring ability are influencing factors of caregivers burden.Conclusion Main caregivers of patients with urinary tract stoma have light caring burden,which is related to many factors.Improving patients' self-care ability,caregivers' caring ability and caregivers' support level can relieve caregivers' burden level.
